Flsun SR (Super Racer) LED and camera holders

I made this models to install camera and LED lights to my Flsun SR.

There are four modules:

• Camera + LED module holder (two versions of 2.8 and 3.7mm lenses on webcam)
• LED module holder
• Plain cover
• Transparent cover for LED lights (optional)

Prints without supports face side down. I printed a transparent cover with “How to print glass” settings with transparent PETG.

LED module slides into holder from side, camera snaps in from back.

The hardware I used:

• LED modules: WS2812 5x5 led modules (size 39x39mm)
• Camera: 1080P 2.8mm USB webcam
• LED controller: ESP32-C3 MINI Development Board
• Voltage convertor: LM2596 Step Down convertor

For firmware, I use ESPhome with Home Assistant server to control and automate LED lights. USB camera is plugged into the Raspberry Pi running Klipper.

UPDATE 24.04.2024: added “Camera + LED module holder” with diferent camera angle to use with 3.7mm lens. To screw in the lens and adjust focus, I created this tool.
