Remix of Gaggia Classic Pro Portafilter Left Side Hangar, split on the hanger bit and joined with M2 screws. It's faster to print since the portafiler part only needs support for the locks, and is more stable once installed. The original tended to lift with the portafilter when removing it.

The model has some tolerances added to allow for dimensional inaccuracies on the hanger bit.

Extra materials:

  • 2x M2 screws
  • (Optional) M2 nuts

Print:

  • With supports
  • PETG for higher temperature resistance, although PLA should be fine.

Install - 2 options:

a) Pressure fit with screws. This will most likely dent the machine (it did mine with not a lot of pressure).

b) Not recommended. Drill holes on the machine and secure with nuts. I designed the piece with this in mind, but pressure fit works fine and there's not enough margin from the top of the panel unless you're really precise.
