EG STARTS arcade controls PCB mount

To remedy the lack of layout underneath my arcade control panel, I designed this items to save some space for the USB PCB's that have “EG STARTS” etched on its silkscreen.  This way I was able to upgrade the cabinet from a four-button layout to six-button layout.  I could fit more, but I think six'll do! :)
