Blitzer Beetle rear upper arm

This replaces the single mount rear upper arms on the Blitzer Beetle chassis with a more substantial piece. The mounting points need to be drilled out to remove the internal threading. The chassis side should be drilled to 4mm, the hub side to 3mm. M4x20 and M3x30 bolts are required per arm.
