I wanted to reprint the corexy-parts of the Prusa XL in Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber and I noticed the big air gap when using the EnXLosure from VOXEL3D. So I simply remixed the original. The inward edge has been made sharper (chamfer removed) to minimize the door gap and because I was already there, I added a matching hexagonal pattern.
Print Settings:
0.2 layer high with 0.4 nozzle and 5 perimeters.
or 0.25 with 0.6 nozzle and 4 perimeters.
Infill 25% Gyroid.
I didn't needed a raft for Prusament PCCF on satin sheet. But maybe you… ;)
No supports!
