S8 Top Tube Bike Mount

I have a spare S8 that I want to use for navigating on my bike. Remixed Tato_713's case to add support, mounting, and a cutaway to make it easier to remove from the bike. Due to shock and vibration while riding, I wouldn't recommend using this if your S8 is your only phone… 

added support and mounting points to bottom to allow for mounting on a bike's top tube mounts. cut away top left portion to allow for easy disconnect to remove the phone from the mount.
