📄 OpenDTU Zerosolar PCB

A compact enclosure specifically designed for the OpenDTU Community Board (SZ-OpenCB-V.5_0 by Nick Förster) with pre-soldered CMT2300A module – ideal for PV monitoring setups requiring minimal space and clean wiring.

 

✅ Compatibility

This case supports:

  • OpenDTU Community Board SZ-OpenCB-V.5_0 (2024)
  • All ESP32 variants with 0.96" or 1.3" OLED displays (different VCC/GND layouts supported via jumpers)
  • Designed for the CMT2300A pre-soldered version

📌 Other radio modules for Hoymiles HM types may also work, but radio model and connection differs.

 

🛠 Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: PETG or ASA (for UV/weather resistance)
  • Infill: 25–30 %
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Supports: Optional – minimal needed
  • Walls: 2–3 perimeters
