Printed in Clear PETG with support. The overhangs for the volume and power buttons were a bit sloppy even with support, so I just trimmed them off. There are also one or two places where the thin lips that grab the phone separated before I put the phone in. This may have been due to insufficient cooling, but the layers had a bit of delamination in the column between the power button and volume rocker, so it may just be a PETG thing.
The case was easy to put on but holds the phone securely, and I like that the bottom has a good clearence around the stylus so it's still easy to extract. It's also thick enough that I can leave the stylus cap 'up' without worrying about it snagging. I also like the reliefs around the edges of the screen, and the bulked up corners for more protection. The infill pattern showing through the clear PETG looks quite nice, so I'm happy to use this as my first case until I can design my own. Thanks!

@PaireTech_275932 Very cool. Thanks for posting!
Yeah, I can see that the PETG was a little problematic. I usually do all resin, so I don't know the best solution, if the resin has a bit too much humidity in it, or if it was the temperature, but it didn't want to maintain its shape and all the details as well as it should have. I don't imagine you forced it to go super fast, but you could try slowing it down even more maybe. There isn't a lot of material per layer so it could be too soft when the next layer goes on.
If there are some PETG experts they can weigh in on what they think. (edited)
On TPU, I needed to shrink it to 99.39%. (-1mm from 164mm to 163mm)
Also some some nasty overhangs in the corners (edited)

Printed using 95A TPU on a carbon fibre 3d effect sheet, very happy with the fit and feel

@RuntyRaptor_2153549 Awesome, thanks for the feedback. Looks nice.
