A replacement knob/grip the pressure release valve on a filling hose for a Bauer compressor.
there are two parts to this the hex ring that interfaces with the brass hex part of the release valve and the grip itself.

the hex ring and the grip should be assembled as a tight mechanical press-fit (I used a bench vise to press them together). the hex ring needs to be printed in somewhat rigid but durable plastic (I used PETG but ABS or other similar should work fine too). the grip needs to be printed in a durable plastic that is nice to the touch (I used Taulman bridge Nylon, but some firm TPU /TPE might work well too).

Print both part with 100% infill

Press-fit the hex nut into the grip, it should be very tight, use a vise, clamps, and other tools if necessary.

then press-fit the grip assembly onto the pressure release valve on the hose.

if the hex ring does not fit the pressure release valve you can easily design your own hex ring, the hex ring included is a 6 sided inscribed polygon with an inner radius of 22.25mm and a height of 40mm.
