4/5/2025 NOTICE:

The previous files for this model were defective.   The files currently loaded have been freshly generated after correcting the errors associated with the previous version of the parameterized Fusion 360 source.  Correct internal dimesions were verified for each new size iteration.

I apologize for any hardship this may have created.

2x2 models are now included for proof of function testing before committing to a larger model. See pic with black/white model.

Please note that the APP module was constructed for powerpole pairs in a horizontal orientation, (i.e “red on right, tongues up”). Push a pair into the APP module from the back until the ribs at the front of the module engage the groove in the APP pair.

This is a modified version of the Flat Pack Anderson PowerPole Distribution box (https://www.printables.com/model/816564-anderson-powerpole-modular-flat-distribution-box) with a provision for stacking multiple layers of PowerPole/Fuse/Blank modules.  

Arrangement and relationships of individual modules (PP/Fuse/Blank) within the housing are user defined at time of assembly. 

Paramaterized Fusion 360 source is included.  Custom creation of models can be generated using the parameters “slot_count” and “stack_n” to describe the desired product.   A parameter change results in the model automatically being adjusted in all relevent dimensions.  The change(s) generate single sided and double sided versions simultaneously.

Example STL files are provided with 4x2, 4x3, 4x4, 6x2, 6x3 and 6x4 configurations in both single and double sided versions.  The naming convention references  slot-count X stack-count.  Models are organized in folders.  Each folder contains all non-module .STL files.  A .STEP file is also included.

Lids are differentiated by slot-count and whether for single or double sided.
