72mm Spool Adapter for Lack 2 MMU Spool Holder

Filament spools with 72mm openings (used by Anycubic and others) end up resting on their edges in the Lack2 spool holders, creating more drag as they unreel. This sleeve slides over the spindles to fill the gap.
