Elegoo Neptune 4 power supply silent 80x80x25 fan back cover combined with levelsifter holder

I just merged the two linked models by Thomas and idesire90, used the fan described in the PSU model (see below) and printed this in PETG to allow some better heat resitance. I used this feets https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6279072 

I connected the level shifter without the fan at first (Take great care there is HIGH CURRENT/VOLTAGE in the PSU) and trimmed the output down to 12V with a voltmeter before connecting the fan.

I (e.g. Thomas) personally used the Noctua NF-A8 FLX, which has only 16 dB, so it is very quiet. 

Of course, using a 12V fan will require a DC-DC step-down converter; 

I used the cheap one based on the LM2596 from Amazon

Keen in mind the covet consume some extra space, so you have to lift you printer on 25mm. I simply use Anti vibration feets.

This combines the two model into one and add a bit of support in the corners.
