Here is a set of four arms you can adjust in various positions depending on monitor size and port placement. For the most stability try attaching the bottom arms first using both VESA mounting holes. Then adjust the top arms once the device is in place.
This adapter uses M4x12 bolts and nuts (8-12 depending on how many holes you use). Each arm has a little pocket at the bottom of the slot to make it easier to hold the nut in place while attaching. There is a small amount of bridging here, otherwise nothing special. No supports are needed. You should print the hook on it's side for highest strength.
There are a couple of arm and hook lengths to use from. I recommend using heat set inserts to attach the hooks. But there is also a version using a drop in nut.
