Magnetic Dishwasher CLEAN/DIRTY Toggle Label

UPDATE: Now with recesses for magnets in the slider for magnetic latching!

You will need:

• 4x 10x1.5mm disc magnets (OPTIONAL: +2 for the slider latch)
• Ideally, 3 colours of filament

My print settings:

• Infill: 15%
• Layer Height: 0.15mm
• Nozzle Diameter: 0.6mm
• Printer: Prusa mk4

Notes:

• I used a 0.2mm tolerance around the magnet recesses, but depending on your printer, you might need to change these if too tight/loose.
• Fusion 360 file is (partially) parametric if you have different magnets available

Construction:

1. Insert the 4 magnets. I recommend using a whole stack of magnets to press-fit them in and then slide the whole stack off to the side. If necessary, glue but be warned! CA glue fumes will cloud your pretty print! A dab of liquid nails would do the trick.
2. Insert DIRTY and CLEAN labels. These should press-fit in.
3. UPDATE: Insert magnets into the slider part, making sure the polarity matches those earlier
4. Snap the slider over the whole assembly
