Edit 4-11-24: Found that I didn't have the nut cutouts on the main body deep enough, resulting in it hitting the hotend insert when the belt clamps were screwed in place.

Revised to make the holes deeper (so the nuts insert farther, resulting in needing shorter screws to help avoid hitting the insert). Revised the insert as well just in case the screws still go in too far, but shouldn't need to use it.

The files are currently in the untested folder as my machine is currently in the middle of a print job, but will update as soon as I get a chance to print them out. Until then, use at own risk.

Sorry for the mess up, I do my best but I do make errors.

-----Tested and working great. Removing old arts and replacing in folder.

Eva 3 e34m1 edited for nuts vs inserts - for wip Zero-G conversion of ender 5 pro.

Orbiter 2, Phaetus Dragonfly BMS, cr-touch, rt side endstop, front with adxl345, fan insert for personality (could work with other 40mm fan setups).

Uses standard m3 hex nuts as well as a few square m3 nuts.

Added “nuted” logo to help differentiate from regular models to help avoid confusion of mixups of parts. On most parts anyways.

More like the Eva 3 standard version that doesn't use the metal inserts (I've personally had too many pull out, get inserted crooked and then come loose…basically I suck with them so this is my solution).

The cr-touch bracket has been modified to put the heat inserts in the top side so they shouldn't pull out/through (was too thin walled to try the nut mod, otherwise stock).

Edited front “tank” shroud to work with the cr-touch, as well as a modded (combined) tank/chonkier shroud to “hide” the orbiter 2 from the front (not very well done overall but functional and not too bad looking imo).

Not trying to steal thunder from the original designer or modifier, just my version that may help someone else out.

I use 3 walls, 25% infill (gyroid). Remember to increase sizes depending on the material to account for shrinkage (I increase by 0.5% - so change model dimensions to 100.5% when using petg).

Still ever evolving, but happy with overall quality during assembly. Ideas and critiques always welcome.

Thanks for looking!

All edits done in Tinkercad as usual. One day I'll learn enough Fusion to do it properly (so no step files unfortunately. If you want access to step back through the edits in tinkercad ask and I can share a link to copy my project).

And yes my workspace is a disaster.
