foldable lens hood 52mm

This is a quality design; unfortunately it doesn't work for me.

Printed in 95a the hood does not want to stay folded, I'd try 80A but my next issue is in my application the hood is visible in all four corners of the viewfinder.

If there's any odds you could upload a hood portion that is wider I'd be very grateful, every other design like this I've found doesn't come close to the polish this one has.

Any recommendations on TPU hardness to use?

Made the hood in TPU and mount in PLA
Fits my budget TTArtisan 50mm 1.2F lens
