This is a remix that is based on "Customizable GT2 pulley by D14" which on its turn is a remix of "parametric pulleys by roipoussiere" which is a remix of "Parametric pulley - lots of tooth profiles by droftarts" and so on...

This remix just fixes some issues to allow proper usage in newer versions of OpenSCAD and adds the option to insert an optional hexagon in the idler to fit e.g. a hobbed bolt.
