A set of Poker BIG BLIND /small blind chips that you can print on any 3D printer. They have the same size as a standard Poker chips so they should easily fit together in a case with your set.

You can use any colour combination you like, but the black/yellow and white/blue seems to be some sort of prevalent standard.

Print Settings

Print the chips using the z-hop technique described in details here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Sla-vIsvh4 You should use 0.2mm layer height and at least 0.2mm z-hop height.

All the models are designed with their centers aligned, so the default slicer position should be perfect. You can also print multiple chips at the same time by offsetting all the models by exactly the same amount in X and Y.

I recommend to adjust your z-offset to squish the first layer a bit to make the bottom of the print as smooth as possible, so a perfectly level bed is a must.

When changing colours make sure to clean and prime the nozzle thoroughly from the previous filament. It is especially important when going from darker to lighter colour. Also remember to remove the brim after each colour change.

I prefer to use only one wall line in the slicer so there are no additional lines visible around the letters. You can print with 100% infill or use extra infill wall to compensate for that.

If there are some small holes appearing between the elements you can try to use a 0.05-0.1mm horizontal expansion on the text in your slicer. This should not interfere with the base but provide a bit more overlap.
