LIDARLite is a discontinued product. But if you, like me, still have one lying around and you want to install it onto your model airplane or multirotor, this is for you. I installed mine in an AtomRC Penguin. But it is general enough that it should fit into other places as well.

I based it on the publicly available housing files on Github. Note, that one of the holes appears to be very slightly shifted to one side. This is no mistake. It is the lenses that are not perfectly axially symmetrical in the original design. My design is available in Onshape (search for the same name).

The normal version is the one with the extension around the lenses. It is meant to protect the lenses. The other version is without the extensions.

I used a Dremel to create the cutout in the fuselage. It sits firmly even without any glue.

Print using very little infill to keep the weight down. I used 5% gyroid infill.
