Lazy BD-SENSOR adapter For Stealthburner Voron

By lazy, it means that you do not need to reprint any existing parts of the CW2 or Stealthburner. This is a plug-and-play mount for the BD bed levelling sensor that integrates with an existing CW2 setup.

It weighs ~4.3g and by placing the PCB behind the CW2, airflow through the hotend is improved over the inductive probe setup.

Minimal supports are needed and are detailed in the attached images (green)

Use 2no m3 bolts, nuts and washers (hotend side) to affix to CW2
