@Blue19_2336877 There is a test print to help verify this will work on your printer and if not, there is another to help to tune your settings. Or better yet, print the blades separately in vase mode so there is no layer seam.
I used the cap from this design for my katana, and I struggled greatly to pull it off. I thought it wouldn't take too much force/time to change the blade, but I had to resort to a pair of pliers and ended up denting the cap pulling it off. Did I do something wrong?
@ElliotFinn_2024890 I don't know what you could have done wrong, you should be able to squeeze the front and back to get the sides to flare out. Some filament is harder to flex than others but I've printed it in many colors and have not had a issue yet. Except silk, the layers are not strong enough for the cap.
