I am currently working on a project that requires me to remove the guts of an Xbox One S controller from its original shell and place them into a different case. The original shell was also the standoff for the circuit boards that held everything together, so I had to find a replacement standoff bracket/mount.
This design was created based on the PCB scan found at https://acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=43204.0.
The photo depicts an earlier version where I tried to mount an 80x20 mm proto board next to the Xbox's circuit boards, but it didn't leave enough room for the cables and such, and so I ended up removing it from the model, and the uploaded STL file now only includes the main Xbox PCBs.
Use the original screws that you got from disassembling the controller. If you do not have them anymore, you need M2 caphead screws.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
