  Happy Easter!

Here's my design for an Easter themed napkin embosser.

Originally designed to fit a once unfolded fancy party napkin (blank preferred) but i've tested it on paper, and Paper towels.  So use to your hearts desire!

First, Things you should know:

Your printer should have good to very good tolerances. This is for inner and outer holes as well as supports. If they aren't good, you will be doing a lot of clean up.

This project requires Glue! I used super glue, only needed a few dabs, and i'll go over in a bit of detail where its needed.

Secondly,

Due to the length of the rollers, some flex may be introduced if your printer doesn't print super accurate. It also helps to print the rollers with no less than 3 perimeters to reduce flex when putting paper or other objects in the rollers. If your printer isn't very accurate, You could clean them up with a blade, press down in the middle to tighten the rollers together or go over it a few times.

Assembly is pretty quick and easy!

We start with all the peices layed out in the general position they will be assembled in.

Note the amount of parts, and you will need glue!

Start by putting the Pins into the grips with the taper side on the outside.

Once the handles are on the pins, you can now slide the gears on with the lip facing opposite the grip.(facing the rollers)

Note: glue can be added to the inside of the gear but i reccomend fully assembling first to do a test.

Now, align the rollers and slide them on to the pins.

Note: i started one side at a time to make assembly easier.

Now repeat for the other side.
Slide handle on pin, then gear, then insert on to rollers.

We're almost there! I reccomend doing a few test rolls, clean up what you need, and if your ready and see no issues, lets glue!

Now, you could dissasemble and glue the pins to the gear, and the pins to the rollers, or u can do it the lazy way like i did here and just put a few drops of glue on the area between the gear and roller as shown here

Let the glue dry and start embossing!

I Decided to take on a design challenge that ive never done before, so this is not absolutely perfect, but its been tested and works pretty good! I hope yall enjoy! Happy Easter and Happy Printing!
