I needed to remove jello vibrations from aerial footage shot from my DJI Mavic Pro on an Insta360 EVO stereo cam. After some looking around I discovered RCTestFlight's superb vibration dampening system: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=nEaTO2twSxc

This is a variation on that design using PLA and FLEX/TPU parts. Essentially the rubberised bands replace the steel stranded cable shown in RCTestFlight's clip and the PLA plates replace the carbon fibre plates they used also. It performs very well and removed ALL vibration from my footage in testing. It's a very simple design and both components print flat and simply with NO supports or orientation requirements.

Assembly is quick and the only thing to be make sure of is to attach the bands/ties with the plate hooks facing outwards on both plates (see last photo). This is to ensure they do not become detached during flight/shooting.

It's shown mounted to my DJI Mavic Pro but it could be mounted to anything that uses ¼" tripod thread mounts. I've used some additional cheap threaded hardware to complete the rig. I also re-used an existing DJI Mavic Pro accessory attachment I had to permit attaching things to the drone.

Also shown is an Insta360 goPro-style clamp found here on Thingiverse.com: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4094976

The TPU I printed with is Black Flexfill from Filamentum: https://fillamentum.com/collections/flexfill-tpu-flexible-filament/flexfill-tpu-92a/

The Orange PLA is ESun PLA+: https://www.esun3d.com/pla-pro-product/
