Cardboard Spool Core - 54mm Diameter

This spool core adapters allow cardboard spools to roll more easily on spool holders made with roller bearings. Some cardboard spools have an inner lip that prevents roller bearings from making contact with the inner surface of the spool. Just slide this print into the middle of your spool to reduce rolling resistance on your spool holders. If the tube portion of the simple adapter is too long you can adjust its height in your slicer by printing to your desired Z height. You can also modify the tube diameter in your slicer to fit the spools you have. A second cardboard spool core with retention clips is also available.
