Individual Highland Pipe Reed Case

Reed case by Flo mars wasn't seating my GHB reeds, so I redesigned the seat to hold them better.  Also made the walls thicker so I could add threading to hold the cap on tighter.  It made the print much sturdier as well

Made the walls thicker, added threading to the case and cap for a better fit, and put in a wider conical reed seat to hold a wider range of reeds
