GIANT 48-piece Sphere for A1 MINI

This is a demonstration piece to show how BIG you can print with a MINI.

Circumference 77"  1950mm

Diameter  24.4"  620mm

It's HOLLOW and held together with barbed pins. Press them in firmly and squeeze together. Print 24 of each panel. Do not Drop spheres, they will break. 

You can use a block or rubber mallet to help get it together. 

The beauty in this design is the matching sides will always be the opposite color, so it's easy to keep track.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Put 3 pieces together to form 1/8 wedges.
2. Make 8 of each BWB and WBW as shown.
3. put wedges together to make 8 identical quarter spheres.
4. put quarters together until you get half spheres.
5. Put 2 halves together at the same time.

If you do the wrong order it can become impossible to add the wedges.

Split each piece in half, then into 3rds to get the 48 piece.
