Hi everyone, does anyone have experience printing this X1C upgrade in PLA? The creator mentions he printed it in PETG, but I’d prefer not to buy PETG just for this. Is it feasible to print the upgrade in PLA without losing significant stability? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

@Patsche_603251 I have used PLA as well, they both work. I have not seen any degradation.

Hallo,

Bin gerade dabei die Datein in Bambu Studio zu slicen. Warum ist Screw_Wall_AMS_Structure_right_rear.stl und left rear eine Datei ? Kann die so nicht slicen weil das Objekt zu groß ist.

Gruß

Robert

@Robert_2606693 Das tut mir so leid, aber Sie haben Recht! Es ist jetzt repariert. Lassen Sie mich wissen, ob Sie Werkzeuge für Ihre Schraubwandeinsätze benötigen. Danke, dass Sie Clubmitglied sind. Rob

I have printed all the parts, assembled, and it looks sexy! Where can I get information on the thread size of the the side tool holders and the side tool holders themselves? I am not seeing those but not sure if they are universal. Help please!

@JustinMorgan_2204186 Wow, I am excited you like it. I would love to see some pictures!! The thread size is not standard. I modified it a lot from standard to work with as many printers as possible and still be very strong. If you take one of the V2 screws and load it into Fusion or Tinker or your favorite program you can adjust it however you like without changing the thread type. If you have something you need I am happy to make it for you as well! Just shoot me a message and let me know what you want.

@Allthingstl For sure. Let me get to putting on the finishing touches (waiting on some filament) and will share the final product. I found the screws and printing some of your v2 stuff. I need to look more at the button configuration becasue I just use a remote control for mine today. Stay tuned.
