Slim Profile Keychain Whistle (a.k.a. Rape Whistle)

Added a louder and easier to print version 2 (V2) whistle.

Slim 7mm thick keychain whistle prints in about 14.5 minutes.

Print Settings:

1st layer 0.25
layer height: *0.10mm
* layer height is critical for proper rattle separation.  
I use X-ACTO knife blade to loosen the rattle.
