After converting the Ford 860 to an internally regulated alternator I removed the external voltage regulator and decided to make an easy splice point for wiring the tractor. The 6 Center Studs are number 10's I used a hex head #10/32 that were about ¾ of an inch or an inch long. found them at Ace Hardware in the upper trays. I put a washer and a keeper nut on the topside of the plate to secure them, leaving enough stud for a few ring terminals and another nut and a lock washer. The anchoring bolts are ¼ inch, I installed them with star washers on the back side of the plate so they act as grounds if you need them. I designed it so wires could come up from the bottom inside the plate, for a cleaner look, but I have not yet wired the tractor so I can't say how well that part works yet. Fusion model uploaded and includes both a bottom entrance and a top entrance for the wires (not both), because I initially designed it exactly mirrored by accident.

Printed in ASA for UV resistance, and because I had it, but where it sits under all that sheet metal I doubt UV will be an issue, but I sure wouldn't use PLA because of the heat resistance issue. I'd also definitely not recommend any kind of conductive filament.
