Sanding Block

This sanding block has a pad size of 150*70mm and features three integrated grip surfaces and two tightenig knobs.

To obtain the grippy surface you see in the pictures, I've included three “bodies” in the part that the slicer can identify as being separate from the main body of the sanding block. Within your slicer, you should set the type of these three bodies to modifier. Then, you can enable fuzzy skin for these modifiers. This should work with PrusaSlicer and BambuStudio, but other slicers might also be able to use this technique.

The tightening knobs require 4 M5 nylock nuts (one in each knob, and then two more in the sanding block pad). Two M5x40 bolts complete the assembly.
