Note #1  The standard parts for Big Chill are Numbered 01-05.  The parts without numbers are for non standard motor options. 

Note #2 Outboard halves downloaded after May 11 2024 can except either 24T or 25T -  M0.5 4mm bore bevel gears 

Note #3 Some gears have larger shoulders. Additional outboard halves have been added at bottom of parts list.

Filament Use a strong PLA - I use Prusa filament, Inland PLA plus or eSun PLA plus. Brittle filaments like Hatchbox do not work well. 

Infill : 20-50% 

Print Settings: 0.4 nozzle - 0.2 layer height

July 14-2024 The 0.8m 15T Steel gears fit nicely in the original outboard housing. The larger steel teeth are more forgiving and stronger.
