Neje Max 4 mount for drag chain rail

Two mounting elements for rail that holds the drag chain. Older models of Neje Max 4 didn't have it and now they can ;) 

Part A uses threaded inserts (M3-4x4.2) that need to be press fit. Both parts are designed to keep the rail 9mm from the gantry to allow smooth caret movement.
