Mavic Clone and Mavic Foldable Drone Mashup Remix

Update: the detent position on the front leg is incorrect. I will update this as soon as possible.  Rear legs, body and middle are correct as printed. The pictures are from 50% prints for testing. The files are 100% for lower and mid body.

This is a mashup of two Mavic clone models.  I am still finalizing this model.  Changes may continue until flight testing is complete.

The original Mavic clone foldable drone was too heavy.  

The Mavic Clone didn't have reliable locks on the arms and didn't have a good GPS mount for a Holybro GPS.

I combined the locks from the foldable drone with the Mavic clone while still coming in at a reasonable weight.

The rear legs have a positive up down lock and the front legs use a spring loaded detent to lock in the extended and stored position.

The rear legs have been modified for the 3 mount screws of the OEM motors.  The front legs have NOT been modified for 3 mount screws.  This is something I will post as soon as I have finished printing the test arms.

I added a mount to the front of the lower body to incorporate a 2 axis gimbal.  As time permits I will add the components necessary to print a GoPro (or clone) mount and 2 axis arms for the gimbal.

I did lighten the body by hollowing out the top cover and body cover by specifying a 1mm thickness and then adding holes to drain resin.

Total weight is under 1kg (approx 945 with 3200 mAh batt, Durandal FC, and OEM motors and props).  I also spec'd 9453 Mavic props with the OEM motors.  I plan on using Benewake TFmini / TFmini Plus lidar along with the Holybro Durandal FC.  A PX Mini FC could save more weight along with a Dragon Touch 4k camera in leu of a GoPro camera. 

Will also be modifying the arms to incorporate LED's for visibility.

Changed out body from Mavic Foldable drone for Mavic clone body.  Used the locking arms from the foldable drone for the Mavic Clone since these had a weaker lock.  Added a Holybro GPS mount with a cable cutout. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2078849.
