I made an English and German version, printed in PLA 0,2mm structural IS preset. First color is background (white), second is the writing (black). Thickness of background is 1,2mm which gave me enough stability with Prusament PLA. Depending on your filament you may want to increase its z height:

If you slice it yourself make sure to use Prusaslicer v2.7 or higher because this model consists solely of two svg files on top of each other. I also used virtual extruders because in my experience using a wipe tower is the best way to get rid of any blobs and debris from the nozzle when changing filaments and ensure a clean and neat print.
