Sailsetc IOM keel ballast bulb inserts and drill guides

This is a set of parts to help install a Sailsetc IOM bulb.

It includes drilling guides to assist with placing holes in the bulb. There are also several insert designs.

-One that is angled with a fin cutout at a 1.75 degree angle for proper bulb cant.

-One that is a blank to modify as needed.

-Two parts that are to be used as hole fillers to keep paint out of the recesses while painting the bulb.

-One part that allows for some lead sheet weight

These parts and drilling patterns and fin cutouts may not fit your installation needs, but they worked for mine. You may just want to use them as starting points for your own designs and remix them as needed.
