whistle with tough loop

Popular model of whistle designed by Prusa Research modified by addition of tough loop (inner diameter of 4,5 mm) and flat top surface (prepared for custom label).

Printed on Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ with PLA Prusament Galaxy Black on satin powder coated sheet, small support used under the loop.

Filament used:

• length 1,41 m
• weigth 4,22 g
• cost 0,13 €

Whistle works fine between 80 % and 150 % of scale factor.

Update 11.4.2023:

• Paint-on seam and new more detailed export to improve appearance
• Support is not needed but recommended
• v5 sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.5.2 to shorten print time

I use 80 % scaled whistle as test print model for each new filament
