Brysen is 221 mm long x 65 mm high and 20 mm thick. It is made with SketchUp 2015 using the Arial bold font. I printed it in bright orange PLA.
Names that have descenders like p,g,q and y become a balancing trick when they occur in the middle of the name. The strategy is to place a heavier fill on the left and a lighter fill on the right to avoid tipping.
The modifier block allows a 35% fill in the Bry area and a 5% fill in the sen .
But how do you know when it will balance correctly?
Luckily PrusaSlicer has a center of gravity tool which will let you know.
It's black and white target on the bottom line. Once selected, it will show up on your sliced model.
You can see it here below to the left of the ‘y’.
Here it is being printed.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
