Antivibration foot needs to be printed from filament colorFabb varioShore TPU at 220 °C (available in black and natural white) - this filament uses foaming technology for changing density by temperature used at printing - therefore printed antivibration foot is soft and can absorb most of the vibrations at printing meanwhile printer is stable.

Printed on Original Prusa i3 MK3S+, satin powder coated sheet, no supports needed

Print settings:

  • layer height 0,2 mm
  • perimeters 2
  • solid layers 4 top, 4  bottom
  • avoid crossing perimeters, max detour length 100 %
  • skirt - loops 0
  • no brim
  • infill density 15 %, gyroid
  • top fill pattern monolitic, bottom fill pattern monolitic

Filament settings - based on colorFabb nGen flex standard profile in PrusaSlicer with following changes:

  • extrusion multiplier 0,57
  • density 1,22 g/cm3
  • temperature nozzle 220 °C, bed 40 °C

Filament used (per one piece, four needed):

  • length 1,60 m
  • weigth 4,68 g
  • cost 0,33 €
