The Condition/Status Tracking System I made for my Lancer RPG game. These are a sister model made to go with my Lancer RPG Hex Bases:

I also strongly recommend the encounter tracker I designed to help keep track of classes/templates

These little hats are able to be put on top of any of the number cylinders and themselves allowing them to stack quite high. Apply enough conditions to a poor soul and you will see a tower of sadness peaking over some terrain in the distance.
They can hold conditions for any system, I made them so that you just cut out a small strip of paper and put it in the rim around the hat. Paper insert dimensions are 1.175in X .325in
I printed mine out in two colors, Red for Conditions (items that can be cleared by stabilize) Black for Statuses. I used a black base with a red top for Exposed to help my players remember it was a weird status that is cleared by a different part of the stabilize action
Printer Settings:
I painted on supports in a way I found easier for removal. The model was having adhesion issues when printing without adding supports to the bottom part of the condition hat.
The condition icons used in the SVG sheet were designed by Eranziel:

The author marked this model as their own original creation.
