This tool allows you to grind fresh coffee into your moka pot filter basket the same way as you would for an espresso machine. It's simply a handle modeled after an espresso machine filter handle, designed to fit the Bialetti moka pot filter basket, but it should hopefully work with others. If it doesn't, feel free to measure your basket's diameter and I'll upload a different size for you!

I printed it in black Jessie PLA with the default settings in Prusa slicer.

In order to print without supports, there are 3 parts to the model, which need to be glued together. Regular superglue (cyanoacrylate) works great.

Here's how to assemble it:

  1. Glue the handle onto the filter holder, fitting the pegs at the end of the handle into the holes in the filter holder. I put glue round the edge of the pegs and in between them.
  2. Put some glue on the thinner part of the lip and slide it into the top side of the filter holder.

Note you will probably have to rotate the handle component — print it with the flat end of the handle facing down to the bed, that is, the little pegs that connect it to the filter holder should be the last part to print.
