These were made to replace the original feet on an old ladder that I use all the time. The design is much like the original with a little extra material to make them last longer.
My ladder is a Krause but many have a similar design. The feet just push onto the bottom bar which measure apx. 63mm x 24mm or 2.5" x 1". You could of course scale it if yours is different.
I printed these in TPU so they had a little give to provide slip resistance. You could print them in other non-flexible materials but I would not.
Properly printed these should be way stronger than the original hard plastic with rubber feet. Also, it should go without saying, but PRINT AND USE THESE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
No supports, just print with solid face down. I used a .8 nozzle and .5 layer height to speed up the printing
I printed one at 4 walls and 5 layers top/bottom with 100% infill. The other I printed same walls and top/bottom at 70% infill with a 1" cross section in the center of 100% to give it more stability. I think both of them are way over printed. You could probably get away with less infill but I wanted to make sure they last as long as possible.
I used Hatchbox TPU which is very flexible but not as much as Ninjaflex which I have trouble printing sometimes.
