Voron TAP R8 Dual MGN9H

I have redesigned the center part of the voron tap R8 to fit older versions of the Voron 2.4 that worked with 2 MGN9H linear guides.

The assembly is similar to the old carriage. The bottom guide support is the same as the original voron 2.4.

The anchoring of the belts have been redesigned to fit this version of linear rails, so they are pressed directly to the flaps.

To give more consistency to the structure, the m3 nuts of the belts have been replaced by threat inserts.

For the screws that are inserted from the bottom, it will be necessary to use shorter screws, 30mm instead of the 40mm used in the original TAP version.

It uses the x endstop on the gantry.

It is redesigned to be used with 2 mgn9h linear rails
