Used black PETG by Bestfilament. Nice clearance.

Part prints nicely, but the fitting I'm using is not the right size. Ended up forcing it in with a power drill and liberal application of a deburrer. As long as it works..

Works nicely! snug fit, perfect tolerances. However I edited the stock stl file from Prusa's github for MK3(S) for 1/8" BSPP and also your "reverse-bowden.stl" Thanks for that!!
