A cyclone in three parts, that you can print on a Prusa Mini (you will need to cut the funnel and the top into two parts with the slicer, and glue together with CA after printing. I used PETG with 20% infill both 0.4 and 0.6 nozzle with SPEED setting. Be sure to add some vaseline or other lubricant on the threads before crewing the halves together. Also add some window-gapseal between the top and the hose adaptor to make sure it is airtight.

Take a couple (not just one - it may implode) of plastic buckets (I use 60 liter size) and stack them to add rigidity. Add window gapseal on the top of the bucket where the lid will reside. Screw the funnel to the lid made from for example 20mm MDF or vaneer (needs to be very flat), and cut a hole through the lid to match or slightly bigger than the hole at the bottom of the funnel.

The hose adapter at the top is for a 50mm spiral vacuum hose to the extractor. The slanted adapter is towards the tool, and the current one fits Festool vacuum hoses directly. I attached the vacuum adapter as a Fusion360 model, so you can adapt it to your own hose size.
