An insert for the board game Flamecraft. This fits inside the original cardboard insert and can be stored vertically without spilling pieces. The fit is loose enough that the boxes can be easily removed from the box and placed on the table for fast set-up.

Box lids have a 0.3 mm clearance, so they should fit fairly loose with most printers. When all the parts are stacked inside the game box, the lid of the box keeps everything in place, even with a loose fit. If you want a snug friction fit, try using the Fuzzy Skin setting. 0.1 mm fuzzy skin worked well for me.

These parts are designed for fast printing and minimal material usage. Using my settings in the included .3mf files, the full set requires 179g of PLA.

Suggested print settings:
0.8 mm nozzle width
0.4 mm layer height
2 perimeters
0 top & bottom layers
25% infill density
Honeycomb infill pattern
Height range modifier: 0% infill starting at height 2

The full set requires 2 copies of the token box and lids. This makes it easier for players to access the tokens from both sides of the table.
