Bosch 1617EVS Router Shaft Collar

The Bosch 1617EVS has one flaw that many people run into.  When mounted in a table and using the hex key to raise or lower it from the top through the hole in the mounting plate the snap ring can pop loose from the groove or even pop totally off the rod.  What most people have done is get a ¼" depth stop collar for drill bits and put right above the snap ring.  I decided to design one to be 3D printed because.

It uses M3x10mm Socket Cap screw and hex nut.

I printed in PLA as a test and it seems sturdy enough but would recommend PETG if you have it.  

I would use at least 3 perimeters.
