20mm Bambu AMS RepRack Rod Bracket

The original brackets would not fit properly on my RepRack with 20mm extrusion pipes. In germany there are 20mm extrusion pipes more common than 19mm ones, so i decided to modifiy the original Version by K2_Kevin. 

The holes are 20,5mm wide and i added countersinks for M3 screws that I use in combination with my remix of the Rod Clamps for 20mm with cutouts for M3 Nuts.

I used M3x30 screws, but they are a little too long. I think M3x25 should fit better.

The drawer slides I placed so that they stick out 15mm on the back side. That way I have enough room for a custom cut bowden tube and AMS connection cable (its a bit short but works).

The mounts for the AMS itself you can use the ones from the original version. In my case they didnt fit for my AMS and had to make some afterprint modifications^^ But it went out good :)

Print Settings:
20% Infill overall
100% Infill modifications on spots where you want to screw the slides on (MEASURE BEFORE YOU PRINT, or make the whole side 100% infill but this will waste more material)
 Used Prusament PETG Galaxy Black

Modified it so it would fit on 20mm extrusions which are more common in europe than 19mm ones.

Added countersink for M3 screws, which i used in combination with my remix of the open rod clamps.
