Reverse polarity protected plug for fairy lights

Almost every fairy light will have a cable break at the plug at some point. As most plugs are sealed, they cannot be repaired. I couldn't find an existing model for my 192 LED light chain, so I designed a new one.
This first version is still very simple. It is only a non-detachable plug that does not require any parts (e.g. contacts) from the old plug. 
The model can be built in one piece without supports. 
Assembly:

1. Print plug 
2. Two nails (2.0 x 40 mm) are carefully driven through the model one after the other from the rear (cable side) (the diameter of the model is slightly smaller than the nail) so that the tip of the nail protrudes about 3 mm beyond the edge of the plug. The nail is then shortened to fit at the front and back using a pair of pliers.
3. A suitable isolating screw joint is attached to the nail ends and screwed tight.
4. The light sting cable is now stripped and fitted with wire end ferrules and screwed to the screw terminal.
5. PLEASE pay attention to the polarity (see original plug)! One wire of the cable is usually marked (white strip etc.).

I'm already looking forward to an improved version that doesn't need a insulating screw joint.

Bei nahezu jeder Lichterkette wird irgendwann einmal ein Kabelbruch am Steckers auftreten. Da die meisten Stecker vergossen sind, lassen diese sich nicht reparieren. Für meine 192 LED-Licherkette konnte ich kein existierendes Modell finden, daher wurde es neu konstruiert.
Diese erste Version ist noch sehr einfach gehalten. Es handelt sich nur um einen nichtzerlegbaren Stecker, der keine Teile (z.B. Kontakte) des alten Steckers benötigt. 
Das Modell kann in einem Stück ohne Stützen erstellt werden. 
Zusammenbau:

1. Stecker drucken 
2. Zwei Nägel (2,0 x 40mm) werden nacheinander von hinten (Kabelseite) vorsichtig durch das Modell geschlagen (Der Durchmesser des Modells ist etwas kleiner als der Nagel), so dass die Nagelspitze jeweils etwa 3mm über den Rand des Stecker hinausschaut. Dann wird der Nagel mit einer Kneifzange vorne und hinten passend gekürzt.
3. Eine geeignete Lüsterklemme wird auf die Nagelenden aufgesteckt und festgeschraubt.
4. Nun werden das Lichtkettenkabel abisoliert und und mit Aderendhülsen versehen und mit der Lüsterklemme verschraubt.
5. BITTE unbedingt auf die Polung achten (Siehe Originalstecker)! Meist ist eine Ader des Kabels markiert (weißer Steifen etc.).

Freue mich schon auf eine verbesserte Version, die ohne Lüsterklemme auskommt.
