100 Bit Holder

Fairly quick printing with only 1 layer thick walls.  

Two types are available:

1. Just the bit holder
2. Bit holder plus extra storage

• Set exterior wall thickness to 0.6mm (if using 0.4mm nozzle)
• Use 1 perimeter
• Use classic, not arachne
